1. Description of Service

Tiger Echo is a cloud-based SaaS platform that helps Shopify merchants manage customer reviews through the following features:

• Import and sync product reviews from Shopify stores
• Generate AI-powered suggested replies to customer reviews
• Import and manage reviews via CSV files
• Send automated review request emails to customers
• Receive real-time alerts for new negative reviews
• Analytics dashboard for review performance insights

Tiger Echo is a tool — you remain responsible for how you use the data and content generated by the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You must have a valid Shopify store to install and use Tiger Echo.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• One account per Shopify store. Multiple stores require separate subscriptions.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Trial Period — New users may be entitled to a free trial period as displayed in the app. The trial terms, if any, are specified in the subscription plan description.
• Paid Plans — Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance through Shopify's secure billing infrastructure. Prices are listed in USD and subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• Auto-Renewal — Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Shopify admin or the Tiger Echo settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds for partial months.
• Downgrade — You may downgrade to a lower plan at the next billing cycle.
• Upgrades — Upgrading takes effect immediately; you are charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period.
• All payments are processed and managed by Shopify. Tiger Echo does not store your payment card information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Tiger Echo to:

• Generate, post, or promote fake, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent reviews
• Manipulate review ratings through artificial or incentivized reviews
• Violate Shopify's Terms of Service or any other platform's terms
• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or any connected networks
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Send unsolicited commercial emails (spam) or emails to recipients who have not consented to receive them
• Use AI-generated content in ways that violate applicable laws or third-party rights
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. AI-Generated Content

• All AI-generated review replies are suggestions only. They are presented to you for review and must be manually approved before any use.
• Tiger Echo does not automatically post, send, or publish any AI-generated content on your behalf.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before use.
• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content.
• We make no representations or warranties regarding the originality of AI-generated text. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• AI-generated content does not constitute professional legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

6. Intellectual Property

• Our IP — All code, design, logos, trademarks, UI elements, documentation, and proprietary technology of Tiger Echo are owned by us (Han Hui). You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit our brand or technology without prior written consent.
• Your Content — You retain full ownership of all review data, CSV files, product information, customer communications, and other content you upload or import through the Service ("User Content").
• License to User Content — By uploading content to Tiger Echo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain the Service at 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance (we will provide at least 24 hours' notice when possible) or unscheduled emergency maintenance.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Refunds

• You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase or renewal.
• Non-refundable: Used email credits, used AI reply credits, requests made after the 7-day window, and accounts terminated for Terms violations.
• Refund requests: Email hanhui30081986@163.com with subject "Refund Request – [Your Email]" including your registered email and reason.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via Shopify.

9. Termination

• By You — You may cancel your subscription at any time through Shopify or the Tiger Echo settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Account data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation.
• By Us — We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:
  • Violate any provision of these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
  • Use the Service to cause harm to others or us
• Inactive Accounts — Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be terminated with 30 days' email notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Service.
• Our total cumulative liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from: your reliance on AI-generated content; actions taken by you based on Service output; third-party services; or force majeure events (natural disasters, server failures, API interruptions, cyberattacks).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tiger Echo, Han Hui, and their affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to resolve through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice.
• If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Qingdao, Shandong, China, under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
• Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email notification to your registered address
• A prominent notice posted in the Tiger Echo dashboard
• An updated "Last Updated" date on this page

Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to material changes, you may cancel your subscription.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tiger Echo regarding your use of the Service.
• Severability — If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Waiver — Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment — We may assign these Terms or transfer our rights and obligations to a successor in interest without restriction.
• Force Majeure — Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, war, pandemic, government action, infrastructure failure).
